Shipping & Returns


Organizations of all sizes trust us to deliver large quantities of SafeFlame Candles to handle the needs of any size Event, Candlelight or Church Service. 

When you place an order, simply enter the date required in the information box on the last screen during checkout. Most orders ship the same or next business day. We are happy to ship to Canada, please order online and we will contact you with a delivered price including all duty and taxes. We will not process your order until you approve the order total.

Our central location in Kansas City allows us to deliver most orders in 2 to 4 business days with ground shipping. We also offer UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air delivery options. Free shipping offers are only valid in the 48 lower states. Refer to the map below for approximate UPS delivery times from our warehouse.


30 Day Return Policy

If your candlelight service candles do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us in the original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of your order for a full refund. All returns must have an RMA number clearly marked on the package, see important details below.

How To Start The Return Process

To obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please call our customer service number 866-456-8921. Any of our qualified customer service representatives will assist you by following our return policy guidelines. Our Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CST except on Federal Holidays.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of your return. Include a copy of your receipt, along with your RMA number and reason for return. Make sure your items are properly packaged so no damage occurs during transit.

For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within the 30 day period in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging. Because our candles ship with batteries included they may not be used for a candlelight service and then returned. Returns not complying with the above conditions will be subject to a restocking fee.

If you refuse delivery for any reason a refund will be issued once we confirm the items are back in our possession. You will not receive a refund for the shipping and in a case where you received free shipping the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the items before receiving your credit.
